Terms & Conditions Grina's Atelier is a company established and operating in accordance with Italian laws, with its registered office in Legnano, Via della Vittoria, 12, 20025.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as "you") on our company store, website, mobile website, social media platform, or mobile application (collectively referred to as "Grina's Atelier").

1.2 GRINA'S ATELIER reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions.

1.3 By continuing to access or use our website after being aware of our terms and conditions, you agree to our terms and conditions and acknowledge being bound by them. If you do not accept the terms, in whole or in part, please do not proceed with the purchase.

  1. ORDERING / CONTRACT CONCLUSION

2.1 Once you have placed an order, it is considered that you have entered into a contract, and all the "Terms and Conditions" contained herein will be applicable to you.

2.2 The option to place an order is available at the Store (Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm CET) or ONLINE through the website at www.grinasatelier.com (24/7), including phone and WhatsApp.

2.3 Once the order is placed, if you have provided us with your email address during the ordering process, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2.4 GRINA'S ATELIER will fulfill the order in accordance with your confirmation (order confirmation email), and at the time of confirmation, full payment for the order is required.

2.5 If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, if we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used for the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will inform you and request you to contact GRINA'S ATELIER customer service at grinas.atelier@gmail.com, which will handle the refund. In such cases, you will not incur any additional costs and will be refunded as soon as possible.

  1. PRODUCTS

4.1 All GRINA'S ATELIER products are PREORDERED in Standard Size and PREORDERED in Custom Size, which means they are not readily available in stock. The dresses shown in the photos on our social media or website are sample dresses.

4.2 The Customer understands that there may be slight color differences due to varying color settings on different monitors/screens.

  1. TIMELINE

GRINA'S ATELIER products take 20 business days to be made, depending on the complexity of the product. The sales team will provide you with a delivery date as a deadline.

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

6.1 Product shipments can only occur on business days, from Monday to Friday.

6.2 The customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) for their order once the products have been shipped (it is preferable to monitor your order frequently).

6.3 Express couriers typically provide an estimated delivery date a few days after the actual delivery date in case of emergencies. This means that the product will arrive earlier, and the customer should not be alarmed.

6.4 Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days (excluding customs processing, which may take a few days depending on the time taken to pay customs duties).

6.5 If, after the 90-day Resolution Period, the lost parcel has not been located and successfully delivered to the Customer, the following options shall be available:

a. Refund: The Seller will issue a full refund to the Customer for the value of the lost parcel, including shipping costs, if applicable. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.

b. Reshipment: Alternatively, with the consent of the Customer, the Seller may arrange for the reshipment of the same item (if available) or a similar item of comparable value. Additional shipping arrangements and costs may apply.

  1. CUSTOMS
     

7.1 The prices of the products do not include import taxes or customs duties (if applicable). The taxes will be charged by your courier upon delivery, and DRENUSHA XHARRA does not assume any responsibility to reimburse you for such fees.
 

7.2 If you refuse your order upon arrival or refuse to pay the customs duties when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the seller, and the buyer will not be refunded the amount paid.
 

7.3 Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. To avoid experiencing such delays, please check with local customs offices.

  1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

8.1 Returns and exchanges without the original issued invoice are not accepted.

8.2 Since all products for sale are prepared according to the customer's specific requests and/or measurements, the buyer is not allowed to return such products in this context.

8.3 As all our products are PREORDERED in standard size and PREORDERED in custom size, we advise our customers to be decisive at the time of purchase due to the no-return and no-exchange policy.

8.4 Returns and exchanges of damaged products are not accepted. You will be provided with a detailed video of your finished dress via email or other forms of communication as documentation with the time and date prior to the dress being shipped. GRINA'S ATELIER will capture every detail of the dress as proof of the product's good quality, proof of the absence of damages in the product, and proof that the product was made with the correct measurements of the size you ordered. Measurements should be taken accurately by a professional as there is no return/exchange policy.

8.5 Regarding measurements and dresses that are "CUSTOM-MADE," there may be minor imperfections as it is not possible to achieve a perfect fit without at least one physical fitting of you/the customer. Every order goes through the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the dress is produced based on the measurements provided and any special requests (if applicable).

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

9.1 Within 7 days of receiving the package, you will have the option to return the item if it is damaged, and the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
